7 day Lean & Mobile challenge
A little late sharing this but I wanted to share ny experience with the 7 day lean challenge. Intermittent fasting was recommended by one of my doctors and when Mario presented this, I felt like I should give this a start. In those 7 days, I lost five lbs by fasting for 16 hrs and eating in an 8 hour window with low mobility workouts. I saw chances in my blood pressure, lower resting heart rates, and just increased energy. I’ve adopted this as a lifestyle change. I feel like this will help me get to the healthiest version of myself!
