Buongiorno🇮🇹 It’s Saturday! No matter what kind of a week you e had, congratulate yourself for making it and for all of your “small victories”! Little changes lead to big results! For me, I make sure I go to the park 3-4 times a week for my Power Hour🥳I know I look a little crazy as I briskly walk while using hand weights - punching, bicep curls, etc. Guess what?
