Bernadette, I need your expert advice, please. I usually have my coffee with a plant-based creamer and no sugar before swimming. I do nonstop breaststroke for an hour.
I’m returning to my previous diet and want to include fasting days—but I’d like to keep swimming on those days, too. My concern is that I might faint if I don’t eat anything beforehand (it happened once).
If I want to fast and stay in a keto state that day, what would you recommend I have beforehand? A little raw food—like avocado or some nuts? I mean instead of coffee.
