Same environment, different behaviour
I went to my parents house today, and when I do I tend to eat everything, especially sweet treats. But today was different, there was cake… And I didn’t eat it. Instead I had some weird salad bowl thing. And if I’m being honest, it was really good. Nobody tells you this, but when you start losing fat and getting in shape, your body and mind LITERALLY stop craving all of the food you used to crave. Routine will solve all of your problems
If you have any problem, the number one way to fix it, is to find a routine that works for you and just stick to it for 100 days. I eat breakfast, then go to training, then go to the gym. Then I come home, edit videos for a few hours. Then I go for a walk, come home and eat. Then more editing, more eating, then time to sleep. It sounds boring and repetitive, but I love to train. And when I'm in the house, I work, so basically I work all day. A busy man, is a happy man, so be a happy man -Dominik 27.05.2026

Routine will solve all of your problems
It's my birthday
Just because it's my birthday doesn't give me an excuse to not do the work. First thing in the morning, football training. 17,000 Steps. And we stuck to our calories. Make every day a good day, then just do that 364 more times and you'll have a great year. -Dominik 26.05.2026
