What Matters the Most?
What matters most as a leader?
Jesus didn’t point to influence, titles, or visibility.
He pointed to salt and light.
Salt that still has its flavor.
Light that isn’t hidden.
Leadership that matters doesn’t always draw attention — but it does make a difference. It preserves what’s good. It brings clarity. It helps others see.
According to Matthew 5:13–16, leadership isn’t about being impressive.
It’s about being faithful where you are.
