I’m Heather — a worship pastor with a planner brain, a leadership heart, and twenty years in the trenches of dining and hospitality. I’ve spent my life feeding people and feeding souls in churches, and somewhere in the middle of all that, God taught me a simple truth: He doesn’t need perfect leaders — just willing ones.
Fish & Loaves Co. was born from that truth.
It’s my yes to creating a space where the tired, the called, the hungry, the hopeful — ministry leaders, marketplace leaders, creatives, and everyday world-changers — can come to rest, grow, and lead with clarity and courage.
Here, we don’t strive for “enough.”
We bring Jesus whatever we have in our hands — faith, influence, creativity, exhaustion, uncertainty, leadership, calling — and we trust Him to multiply it.
This is a community for Kingdom leaders who want to grow without burning out, lead with confidence, and step into the kind of purpose only God can build.
