Hey yall, I’m going on a week long bass fishing trip to Table Rock Lake in early April. If any of you have advice, lure recommendations, spots, what to look for, etc. I’d love to hear it! As some of you already know, I just freshly added the new Garmin stern mount motor with spot lock. I just put it in the water for the first time yesterday for about ten minutes and the way it comes out of the box there is a definite learning curve. I’m going to do some adjustments and put some more seat time in before giving the true test down at the Classic. Once I get the hang of it, I think this will be the ultimate hands free fishing motor. I’ll post updates as edits right here. What do you want to know about it? Update: Top speed on 24 volts is 5.6 mph loaded down, 4.6 mph on 12 volts. Just learned today how to get it to navigate a track from a waypoint on the graph, very awesome feature. Spot lock is extremely accurate and strong.
