First weekend complete!
Haven't been posting much, but still hanging in there. I've been out of town this weekend helping a friend build a house, which has been my workouts for the weekends, but I've also been walking three miles a day. My friends have been super supportive of my diet which made the weekend much easier for me! Burger patties, spicy cheese, and farm fresh eggs! Beef jerky for snacks and medjool dates for dessert!
