Day 5 - lots of walking
Walked a lot today. Tried to take a nap but with an active toddler that wasn’t in the books today. We headed for round 3 of walking in the evening and made the most of it. Meal prepped. Didn’t know you could cook ground beef in an air fryer until recently, game changer.

Did some stretching and then took a post workout pump picture and I can already feel my upper body is going to be sore tomorrow.
