•10k + steps •5 mile run (Z2) - my fav! •50 min Calisthenic workout (core focus) •water intake ✔️ •macro tracking ✔️ Been experimenting with a new electrolyte to see if it’s a good fit. My HRV status has been unusually low for past couple of days. If you have any insight about this please share.

Low HRV usually means your body’s stressed. Training load, crap sleep, no water, or just life. New training/fasting tanks it too. One bad day? Whatever. If it stays low a few days, that’s your body saying “daddy, chill” Sleep, hydrate, ease up.
