Oh my goodness! YAY!
Shanna! I tried today's Daily Yoga. Guess what?! I did it! with the exception of plank to Cobra. I started on the going down to a count of 4 but my wrists started to give out so I went to a knee plank and went down then followed to going back up. The only modifications I used were the blocks for the plank. Then when you were doing the knee to nose /elbow stuff I couldn't touch said appendages, but I tried! Whenever I began to wobble I used the Ujjayi breath and it worked. I am getting so much more flexible! THANK YOU! It is even helping my mood.
