Because they filter your options, often without you noticing them.
When you name a belief, you reclaim your agency, and your power to choose reappears.
Pick one situation today that feels difficult and identify the belief beneath it (this practice can sometimes be a little uncomfortable).
USE THE AIR FRAMEWORK
  • Awareness: What belief is driving your choice in this moment?
  • Inquiry: Where did this belief come from? How has it served you? How is it trying to protect you?
  • Reframing: What’s a more helpful belief you can try today?
TODAY'S EXPERIMENT
Research suggests that writing down your beliefs can help you reduce stress and improve your well-being.

Hit Reply and tell me the old line, the new one, or both.
