I’ve been doing extended fast for the past 3 years and will attest that the benefits are incredible and lasting. The one thing that I’ve discovered is it helps SIGNIFICANTLY when you have a support group that will give you a sense of accountability. THIS IS YOUR SUPPORT GROUP 💪😀 To participate, write down the last time you ate and that will be your starting time. When you break your fast come back to this discussion and write down the time. Goals: 24 hours-48 hours-72 hours-100- hours-5 days Choose your goal!!! I’ll start. I last ate at 9:30pm 8/7/2025, had an apple 🍎 😀 Gonna to hit 72 hours, would do more but I’m slimmer than I would like to be at the moment.
