Before I do my bagwork, sparring, drills, etc - I like to warm up my kicks by doing a series of kicks 10x each side.
Currently my kicks I like to play around with are:
- Muay Thai Kicks
- Teeps
- TKD Snap Kicks
- Sidekicks
- Spinning Side kick
- Inside Crescent Kick
- Outside Crescent Kick
- Axe Kick
- Hook Kick
- Spinning Hook Kick
- Handstand Round Kick
- Handstand Hook Kick
The handstand stuff is getting really fun and something I'm recently trying out! I might make a video about this soon! How about you guys? Do you have similiar warmups or any kicks you like to do that isn't in this list? Let me hear your thoughts!
