I want to check in with you about DPMS. We've had five sessions so far and our final one is set for tomorrow at 3:00 PM Central. The goal with this program is for you to watch the videos (all 30 minutes or less), create your plan, and set yourself up for success in June so that on July 1st, you can hit the ground running! While it won't take you hours and hours, there is some setup and reflection involved to make sure you're on the path to success. The first five sessions are in the classroom all together in one spot, so you can easily find them. Session Six is just a Q&A. I will answer any questions you have! Drop them here or send me a DM and I'll be sure to answer them (anonymously) in the session. Even if you haven't had a chance to watch the videos, all questions are welcome! This is all about what to do when things get hard and the motivation starts to fade...because no matter how much we don't want that to happen, it likely will.
