Hello Family 👋, just wanted to take a moment to reflect back on how far we have become as Stylists, Entrepreneurs, Business Owners.
🤔At some point you have to ask yourself, Am I still behind the chair because I love it, or because I’m afraid of what happens when I step away from it?
For a lot of us, the chair, the clients, the craft, that is the identity. And there’s nothing wrong with that. But there’s a difference between choosing to stay and staying because you never built anything to step into.
💼As Entrepreneurs, we pour everything into the work. But when does the work start working for you?
Is it at a certain age? A certain amount in your account? The moment your business can run without you physically being there? Most people never ask themselves that question until they’re burnt out, injured, or just tired.
Don’t wait for that moment to figure out what you’re building toward. Behind your craft is a skill. But behind the business is a legacy.
