I get this QUESTION ALOT!!
🙋‍♀️“Why do you teach us to manually sew the hardware instead of just using a sewing machine?” 💡The answer is simple. I want you to learn more than one way to execute the process and always have a backup plan. ✍️Not everyone owns a sewing machine, and not everyone knows how to use one. I never want a lack of equipment to stop you from creating a quality wig, so I teach the manual method first. ✍️When using the dome cap method, a sewing machine needle goes completely through the spandex as it stitches. Because those stitches run through the stretch material, they can reduce the dome cap’s ability to stretch to its full capacity. That flexibility is important for comfort and fit. ✍️When you manually sew in your hardware, you have complete control over where your needle goes. You can strategically place your stitches while preserving more of the stretch in the cap. ✍️Does that mean you cannot use a sewing machine? Absolutely not. You are more than welcome to use one if that is your preferred method. I simply want you to understand the difference and why I teach it the way I do. 💡Remember, my goal is not to teach you just one technique. My goal is to equip you with multiple methods so that you can confidently execute the procedure regardless of the tools you have available.

Self Actualization Moment 👌
Hello Family 👋, just wanted to take a moment to reflect back on how far we have become as Stylists, Entrepreneurs, Business Owners. 🤔At some point you have to ask yourself, Am I still behind the chair because I love it, or because I’m afraid of what happens when I step away from it? For a lot of us, the chair, the clients, the craft, that is the identity. And there’s nothing wrong with that. But there’s a difference between choosing to stay and staying because you never built anything to step into. 💼As Entrepreneurs, we pour everything into the work. But when does the work start working for you? Is it at a certain age? A certain amount in your account? The moment your business can run without you physically being there? Most people never ask themselves that question until they’re burnt out, injured, or just tired. Don’t wait for that moment to figure out what you’re building toward. Behind your craft is a skill. But behind the business is a legacy. Which one are you focused on right now and are you okay with that answer? Leave your comment below 👇

Photo Editing Apps
Hello Family 👋 how many of you are using apps to edit your content photos??? If you are not it is important that you always put out clean content. Even if you have a background that you don’t like there are many tools you can use to change that. These are the editing apps I currently use to edit my photos: -Pics Art -Perfect365 I see ALOT of stylist out there using the same mannequin heads that has the same face. I would HIGHLY advise to edit your mannequin face to make sure that even if you are using the same mannequin as another stylist. Make yours stand out! I DO NOT use ChatGPT because it doesn’t keep content consistent. I’m not against it at all because what might work for some may not work for others. But for the most part try to keep your content consistent and clean. CLEAN CONTENT SELLS
