The topic of today’s live will be “the relationship with the Self”. We will be pulling apart the discourse about how looking after yourself is selfish, how you should not be prioritising yourself and always serve those around you first. Understanding your inner reality, your unique way you process information and knowing how to navigate the chaos of life in a way that serves you.
