Hello everyone!
This week is the crowning midpoint of Feed Your Fat! We've climbed quite a mountain of awareness, rescuing our bodies from stress and scarcity, and now we are at the summit. This is the week where we really lock in "but what do I eat?"
Oddly enough, I've reached a summit in my own recovery from months of physical manifestation of stress, scarcity, and grief. I can feel my body making some major shifts and while I would love to floor it and go full speed, I know better. I'm looking forward to increasing speed and stamina as they come naturally.
All that said, Module 5 will be live on Tuesday morning rather than Monday.
