GOD CAME NEAR
John 1:14
“The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us"
There are moments in life when God can feel distant. When pain is loud, prayers seem unanswered, and circumstances don’t make sense. This verse reminds us of something profound. God didn’t stay far away. He came near.
In Jesus Christ, God stepped into human history, not as an observer, but as a participant. He felt hunger, grief, rejection, and suffering and temptation. He understands what it means to be human. This means you are never alone in what you face. When the verse says He was “full of grace and truth,” it reveals the heart of God toward you.
Grace meets you in your weakness without condemnation.
Truth leads you toward healing and freedom.
Today, whatever you’re carrying, remember this:
God is not distant from your struggle. He is present in it.
