Fascination
Dr. K ran us through the "Your Fascination Advantage" survey. Here is one of my results. It's interesting because after a very successful upgrade of a live call center with zero down time, the Program Manager gifted me a copy of "Message to Garcia" by Elbert Hubbard. It's a short story, takes maybe 30 minutes to read.
