Road trip of a lifetime with my daughter. I'm taking her on a 5 day tour of Colombia 🇨🇴... Parts of the country I used to live in....she's never seen. It's only morning 2 and we're having the most amazing unexpected fun. Will share more pics soon. When we craft the life we want to live.... Extra ordinary things happen. Today is just one example.

Turns out AUG second is sort of a big day for me… 18 years ago TODAY I started teaching in Shanghai, China. 16 years ago TODAY I moved to COLOMBIA. 11 years ago TODAY I got certified as a yoga teacher & discovered I was pregnant with my daughter, 6 years ago TODAY I was on my first speaking tour in NYC, 2 years ago TODAY I published my last book.
