This only works if you follow it. 1. Show up daily. Miss a day, your ACT Score resets. 2. Post your Check-In daily. If it’s not posted, it doesn’t count, reset to zero. 3. Keep your standard simple. Don’t overcommit. Don’t switch mid-streak. 4. Crawling (2 minutes of effort) is your daily non-negotiable. Anything else is optional and at your discretion. (This will make sense after your first 7-Day unbroken streak.) 5. Earn upgrades with 21-day unbroken streaks. No adding more until you’ve proven consistency. 6. No noise. No hype. No drama. Action speaks volumes. 7. No spam or harrasment. That’s it. Start your Day 1.
