How are you all doing? How’s your week been and how are you feeling? For me, it’s been an emotional one in the best way. My year long container, SIGMA Rising, ended yesterday with a beautiful celebration. Members celebrated who they were when they arrived and who they were leaving as and the changes were gentle AND powerful, and blew me away. The current EFT Level 1&2 cohort also completed, and they’re now on to exams and case studies which is lovely to see - I can’t wait to certify them all and help them get their magic out into the world! We also had the Q2 Planning Meeting within my Ignite membership which is for business owners looking to get organised and bring more sales and clients in. Every quarters we go through a specific planning method to decide what we’re selling, how many places and some intentions around how it’s going to FEEL. We then meet up 1-2 times a month for a coworking session to body double each other and work together on our own things. The Ignite difference is the Regulation First™️ piece. Meaning we regulate our nervous system with tapping and energy work at the start of every session because a stressed, anxious, frustrated or just plain busy mind struggles to think straight and make solid decisions. I also ran the penultimate module training of SoulShift, on how to help clients move through times of feeling stuck, lost or like they’re losing momentum. Can’t wait for the final technique next week it’s going to blow them away ☺️✨🤞🏻 Other than that, I’ve had a mentoring client and some work for that, a weeks worth of Daily Tap®️. And a 1:1 client today. The next chapter for me is around my EFT Trainer’s Training certificate and I’m working on the curriculum for that and am so excited about it. The participants will be fully certified to train and certify others in Trauma Sensitive Somatic EFT®️ so it’s a gorgeous new income stream for their business - with the added benefit of deepening their own skills. Honestly, nothing improved my own eft skills like learning to teach it! So cheers to those amazing souls joining me because it’s going to be an incredible journey!

I'm Sonia. I'm a neurosquirly multi-dimensional Pleiades High Council member, Akashic Records master, Seer, psychic and lots more besides. I left the corporate world after massive burnout (I was a Senior Leader in Adult Social Care - pretty full on tbh) and set up my own business as a Therapeutic Coach about 3 1/2 years ago. Somehow along the way it turned into a business as a Spiritual Advisor, helping others avoid burnout! Funny how the Universe calls you in ways you didn't anticipate... I've been in Emma's world for a while, dipping in and out when it calls me (I always trust the Universe with that!). Thanks to Emma's teachings I use tapping as an anchor in my own work. I discovered some time ago that tapping after massive energy work helps to ground things in and integrate them MUCH faster than without. Huge thanks to Emma for creating this off FB. I've never been a fan and I'm increasingly disillusioned with it as a place to hang out. I know some of you already (hellooooo!) - but looking forward to getting to know more of you in here. Sonia x
