Good morning you lovely lot! Today's card and tap was all around hcoosing who you are being, and running towards it with conviction and consistency. Bring to mind something you feel stuck or trapped in, or a situation that you want to make happen. It' snot about rushing forward into mindless action, but rather creating a new path and making things happen with focus and intention. Today we are taping with the Daily Guidance deck from Jessica Ortner and the card was Abundance. The key here is to lean into how good it would feel if it were totally true to the level you desire, so that teh part of you who wants it can feel it and experience it - then it's easier for the other parts of you to get on board. Give it a go and see how you feel! If it helps, you can rate the following phrase before you start and see how true it feels as a percentage - "I am abundant" If it feels totally true that's a 100% score. If it feels untrue it may only feel like a 10% score. Score it before, and then after and see the difference. You may want to do the tapping several times and rate it each time.
