I am considering signing up for the career builder but I do not have a bachelor's degree. However, I do have 16 years of experience in the medical field and an ASN. I understand that there are a few positions available without a bachelor's but I would like to have a better understanding of my chances. I've heard of someone getting everything right and acing the interview, but still not getting the job after HR found out they didn't have a bachelor's. I want to know if I'm jumping into this at the wrong time.
