Scale 😱🫢🤫🤥🤐😵‍💫🥴
Why is it not good to weigh yourself regularly? Here is the thing… Your weight on the scale does not tell you a lot. Your weight can go up and down without your body fat going up and down. There is a couple of other reasons for your weight to move: muscle, water, hormones, just to name a few. Although most of us know this, it is almost impossible to believe that it is not your body fat going up or down when you get on the scale and see the number. Our first reaction is always I gained fat or I lost fat. Not to talk about how the scale influence our mood and self-esteem. The best way of measuring your body is with callipers and cm’s. It is important that it’s the same person that does your measurements for accuracy. Preferably a person who has done body assessments more than 100 times. Throw away your scale and appreciate your body 😉
