@Natasha Bernardu Absolutely and the funny thing is that when we are stressed, we just want to curl up in a bundle, eat a box of chocolates and sleep. Actually the opposite of that is what helps us to feel better.

@Natasha Bernardu It is weird how exercise is the last thing we want to do when we are stressed but it’s the best thing for us to do 🙌
Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit.
Your results aren't found in a single workout, but in the small things you do every single day. Motivation gets you started, but your HABITS are what keep you growing when the 'feeling' fades. Build the routine, and the routine will build you!

Absolutely, if people wait for motivation to train, they can leave it. It is very rear that I’m motivated to do a session BUT, I’m always proud and thankful when I’ve done it! Nothing feels better then a weekend when you know you did all your planned training sessions in the week 🙌
WEATHER 🥶🥵
I’m just curious… how much does the weather influence your decision to train? So here are some easy tips for weather excuses… In winter, if possible, get dressed in your training clothes when you stand up in the morning and just layer over it. Just that thought of changing clothes when it is cold can easily cancel your training. Summer, if it is really hot - like heatwave hot - make sure that you prepared ice water for yourself for when you train. Air con not working in the gym… suck it up and enjoy the sweat. 🥵🤣

DATE BARK - Delicious Healthy Snack 😋
✅ Super healthy ✅ High in protein ✅ Only 3 ingredients ▫️Pitted dates ▫️Peanut butter (no added salt and sugar) ▫️Dark chocolate (I used 70% Lindt) Line a tray with baking paper. Split the dates open and press each one down onto the tray. Top with peanut butter and melted chocolate. Refrigerate and enjoy! 🤍 A quick and easy snack from our 7-day meal plan 💪
