This is so descriptive because this is exactly what I experience. Some days the food noise in my head becomes so load that it exhausts me. Where I get tired of fighting myself to say no for sugar. Unfortunately sugar is as addictive as cocaine and that is why it is so hard not have sugar. That is why a balanced diet is so important. The more balanced we eat, the more cravings will go away. Without enough healthy fats and protein, you will crave sugar.
