🖤 Day 1 of The Come Back to Yourself Challenge is live.
Today's question: what's a belief you've been silently obeying — one you never actually chose? Full teaching + your worksheet page are waiting in the Classroom. Do the work, then come back here and drop your answer. I'm reading every single one.

Start Here. Welcome to Come Back to Yourself
This is the space for women who are done abandoning themselves — and ready to build a life that actually feels like theirs. You found this place for a reason. Trust that. Please drop your name, where you're from, and what brought you to this door. I genuinely want to meet you! A few things to know as you settle in: - If you want to speed up your growth book a call with me. Just so I can get to know you and figure out how to best support you on this journey. (Click -->) https://calendar.app.google/GfGqVxavZALmibxG8 - Check the Calendar tab — that's where everything lives: events, sessions, what's coming next. - This community is brand new. I'm so glad to meet you where you are — and I can't wait to know the real you who lies beneath it all..
Living with chronic mental pain is a lot like living with chronic arthritis.
Living with chronic mental pain is a lot like living with chronic arthritis or other inflammatory diseases. Both are invisible to everyone but you. Both nag at you constantly, even on the days you look "fine." Both have taught you how to function around the pain instead of ever actually addressing it. People living with arthritis or other inflammatory diseases learn to move through the ache because they don't have another choice — the pain doesn't just disappear. But if there was a way to make it go away for good? They'd take it. Every single time. So why do we treat mental pain differently? You've gotten so good at living around the nagging thoughts, the exhaustion, the quiet ache that never fully leaves — that you forgot it's not something you have to just manage forever. It's time to actually work on it. Not around it. If this is you, comment "so true." 🖤
I want to ask you something a little different today.
If your life was completely quiet right now — no one to please, no one watching, no one to explain yourself to — what's the first thing you'd stop pretending about? Not the big dramatic answer. The small, quiet one. The one you already know but haven't said out loud. Maybe it's a feeling. Maybe it's a decision you've been avoiding. Maybe it's just admitting you're not okay, even though everything "looks fine." You don't have to have it figured out to answer. You just have to be honest. Drop it below. I read every single one. 🖤
Here's something you can do right now
Here's something you can do right now, and I mean right now, that will tell you more about yourself than a year of overthinking will. Finish these three sentences. Don't edit yourself. Just write the first thing that comes: 1. I feel most like myself when... 2. I stopped doing ____________ because I convinced myself I didn't need it anymore. 3. If no one had an opinion about my life, I would... Don't judge what comes up. Just notice it. These three sentences are often the first honest conversation a woman has with herself in years. That's not small. That's everything. Drop your answers below if you feel safe to — or just save them somewhere private and sit with them. Either way, something just shifted.
