Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve joined this space, there’s a good chance food hasn’t been feeling quite as simple as it used to. Maybe you’re eating well, but still dealing with bloating, low energy, or feeling a bit off.Maybe you’ve tried removing foods, adding supplements, or “cleaning things up” — but it hasn’t quite clicked. You’re not alone in that. And more importantly — you’re not stuck. This space is about Everyday Nutrition — not in a perfect, restrictive, or overwhelming way… but in a way that actually fits real life. What you’ll find here: • Simple ways to support your gut without cutting everything • Real food ideas for busy days (and tired evenings) • Practical nutrition that helps you feel better — physically and mentally • A focus on rebuilding, not restricting Because the goal isn’t to keep removing foods forever. It’s to help your body get back to a place where food feels easier again. Over the next little while, I’ll be sharing more around how to do that — gently, simply, and without the guesswork. I’ll also be opening a small 6-week reset starting May 1st for those who want a more structured approach.
