If you’ve joined this space, there’s a good chance food hasn’t been feeling quite as simple as it used to.
Maybe you’re eating well, but still dealing with bloating, low energy, or feeling a bit off.Maybe you’ve tried removing foods, adding supplements, or “cleaning things up” — but it hasn’t quite clicked.
You’re not alone in that.
And more importantly — you’re not stuck.
This space is about Everyday Nutrition — not in a perfect, restrictive, or overwhelming way… but in a way that actually fits real life.

I’ll also be opening a small 6-week reset starting May 1st for those who want a more structured approach.
