Many singers practise every day and still wonder why the voice doesn’t really change.
The problem is often not lack of discipline.
It’s that they keep repeating the same coordination again and again - and eventually become very good at practising the problem.
In this snippet from the 3rd year of my Golden Path Masterclass, I’m working with Lidia on vowel balance - again.
Why?
Because even when we move into Bel Canto repertoire, the basic coordination still matters. You don’t simply “leave technique behind” once you start singing more advanced music.
Sometimes the fastest way forward is to go back to one very precise technical element and rebuild from there.
