One of the most frustrating experiences for singers is inconsistency. Some days the voice feels open, easy and free. And the next day, it suddenly feels difficult again. That was one of the biggest challenges Anatol faced during parts of his training. What makes this especially difficult psychologically is that singers often interpret inconsistency as failure. But very often, inconsistency is actually part of the learning process itself. The body is reorganizing. Old patterns are disappearing. New coordinations are still unstable. And during this phase, singers can temporarily feel: better one day, worse the next, more open, more blocked, more free, more effortful. This is completely normal in real vocal development. In Year 2 of the Classical Singing Masterclass, we worked intensely on helping Anatol build more consistency and reliability in his coordination. And one of the most important lessons singers can learn is this: Progress is rarely linear. Very often, the voice develops in waves. 🎓 Inside the Classical Singing Masterclass, you can follow Anatol's complete transformation journey step by step — and apply the same principles to transform your own voice.
