Today's health choice:
Drinking more water during the day (rest day).
The days I do not train (Wednesdays and Sundays), I have a harder time drinking water because part of my routine (which includes drinking right after finishing my training) is just 'not there'. So I made sure to drink water, and not just the 750ml of tea that I get at work.
