My daily check in is my protein intake.
I’ve really got better the last few months at meeting my protein macros.
I do this with cottage cheese, fat free Greek yogurt, chicken, fish and eggs.
I basically eat the above everyday as the main in each meal. And eat it first on my plate.
It’s meant to make you feel less hungry and good for muscle growth.
