NEW YORK AI LAW GOING INTO EFFECT TOMORROW

Ok, I promised an update to the new New York Law that goes into effect tomorrow June 9th.

Here are the details:

I still haven't seen anything official from Etsy but here is my recomendation:

If you sell on Etsy this law applies to you, no matter what state or country you are in.
You must disclose if you are using an ai generated model on your mockups
If you are using ai to create addtionial mockups that don't show a human, this does not apply

Here is how I recommend doing it. Put it where it doesn't take away from the image but can still be seen.
