Ginger Essential Oil 'Zingiberaceae' the oil of EMPOWERMENT
Ginger comes from the same plant family as Turmeric and Cardamom and is extracted by steam distillation; It can be used neat (with no dilution), or dilute 1:1 for children and those with sensitive skin when using topically. Diffuse or inhale the aroma directly, take in capsules, or use as flavouring in cooking. Repeated use can possibly result in contact sensitisation. Avoid direct sunlight for 3-6 hours after use.
