One of the properties of Essential Oils is their ability to cause oxygenation 🥰 EO's are characterized by high amounts of monoterpenes. Let me explain 🥰 We need oxygen to make energy, right? Oxygen lives in the bloodstream & travels to our organs & body tissues which energizes every part of our body. Opening the Door to a Hypnotic State By Dr Joe Dispenza
Your brain creates meaning between what it feels internally and what it perceives externally. So, when living in a state of stress, the brain naturally narrows its focus to everything physical and material: the familiar people, places, and things it perceives through the senses. Blends to try
To help get the words out try this simple diffuser blend - lavender and spearmint - try out different quantities yourself. Memory Problems - 10 drops Spearmint and Rosemary in 30ml of a carrier oil and massage morning and evening for one month. If you're hypertensive substitute the Rosemary for Basil. For a diffuser blend try 2 drops of each. Fungal infections caused by an hormonal imbalance - 3 drops of Spearmint, 20 drops of a carrier oil and use a cotton bud over the affected area. Good to help with cramping, if you're suffering with IBS, nerve, muscle or menstrual cramping; try 2 cups of Spearmint tea twice a day, uses one drop per cup, reduce over 5 days. Check in on yourself, take notes, how do you feel?
