Are you Fragile?
Let start by Loving and Caring for yourself. Happy 💘 Valentines Day to Self It's a start, it's an action to improve your Life. Much Unconditional Love Respect Joy Happiness Kindness Care Compassion Tolerance Harmony Prosperity Success Health Abundance Wholesomeness and Full PRESENCE OF SOURCE CREATOR GOD GODDESS SPIRIT 🙏🫂🌹🫶🕊️❤️🥰 We often have a self-belief that we are fragile. It seems like more and more, we're quick to think we can't handle tough situations. But here's the thing: we come from the same stock as our ancestors, who faced much harsher conditions than we usually do. They had to worry about serious threats like finding food and water, avoiding danger, and just surviving. And guess what? We carry those same resilient genes. But these days, there's this prevailing mentality that makes us think we're too fragile to deal with life's challenges. So here's the antidote: we need to willingly embrace physical and emotional discomfort, and switch up our mindset. These steps are the keys to building resilience. We're capable of more than we think, we just need to remember that and push ourselves a little.

Comfort VS Emotional Discomfort
Discomfort is good for us, both physically and emotionally. Now, it's key to remember that being emotionally uncomfortable isn't the same as being emotionally unsafe. We definitely don't want to cause emotional harm to our family or friends, like springing an emotional ambush, or using sarcasm or criticism that hurts someone's feelings. Emotional discomfort, on the other hand, is a different thing. It's about willingly stepping into situations that push our comfort zones. Like, say, joining a new group, or showing up to a community event where you don't know anyone. Sure, it might be a bit nerve-wracking, but that's the point. It's about building resilience, much like how physical discomfort helps us grow stronger.
