In the past whenever I felt stressed I would try to think my way back to being calm.
I started using Frankincense and I discovered that it works differently.
First thing I noticed was the aroma. It’s deep and it grounds you. I would notice that I could breathe deeper and slower.
My nervous system didn’t feel so nervous. I could literally feel the tension lift off of me.
Amazing.
So I’m reaching for it now because I feel overwhelmed with my to do list.
It helps me pull my thoughts together.
I appreciate that it doesn’t energize me like that fake caffeine energy does. And it also doesn’t sedate me. It just gives me some space to be me.
I like that.
I blend it in a roller bottle with jojoba oil.
I usually roll it on my arms and neck and rub it in.
Sometimes I put it on my feet.
It’s so nice.
