Most people aren’t struggling because they don’t have tools — they’re struggling because they don’t know which tool fits which moment. Everything gets labeled “stress,” and the default becomes “calm,” even when the body is asking for something else.
In this space, I teach attunement — how to notice what state your nervous system is in before choosing support.
That might look like:
- recognizing when you’re overstimulated vs. quietly overloaded
- noticing when your system needs grounding, not calming
- learning how to choose aromatherapy that meets you where you are
Aromatherapy is the tool we use, but the real shift is confidence — no guessing, no overwhelm, no pressure to get it “right.”
This is a learning space. Gentle, grounded, and practical.
You don’t need experience. Just curiosity and a willingness to notice.
