you made it through the week.
Even if it felt full…

So instead of trying to force yourself to relax…
just give your body a small signal that it’s safe to soften.
🌿 Try this simple reset:
- 1–2 drops of lavender (to soften)or orange (to lighten)
- Inhale slowly
- Let your shoulders drop
- Exhale longer than you inhale
Just one moment. That’s enough.
You don’t have to fix everything this weekend.
You don’t have to catch up on it all.
You can just… come back to yourself.
