Just wrapped my first Roadblock call with @Sonia Zamarripa of ZISCA Business and ZISCA Storyworks.
She’s an engineer who stepped away from her 9–5 and is now building full-time on Skool — focused, thoughtful, and really in it.
Like a lot of us, she spends most of her day on the computer. And when the day winds down, the business brain doesn’t always get the memo.
I know I’m not the only one who’s experienced that.
Sometimes all it takes is a little support to shift gears — a calming inhaler, a warm fragrant bath, or a soothing body oil to help the nervous system slow down so rest actually feels possible. Pair that with gentle structure, and evenings can feel a lot less wired.
Sonia also shared a bit about a new tool she’s building, and I’m excited to see it come to life.
