Cold and Flu Season is in Full Swing šŸ¤§šŸƒ
It’s that time of year.
Scratchy throats. Congestion. Low energy. Kids bringing home ā€œsurprises.ā€
And for many of us,
stress goes up the minute symptoms show up.
Let’s pause for a second.
Cold and flu season isn’t just about immunity.
It’s about how we support our body while it’s working hard.
In this space, we look at:

• Easing congestion without overwhelming the body
• Calming the nervous system when we feel run down
• Rest — without guilt
If you’re in it right now, here are a few gentle supports you can lean into:
