Balance is rarely something we "arrive" at once and keep forever.
Most days, it's something we return to. Gently. Again and again.
Your body is constantly responding to pressure, noise, responsibilities, conversations, deadlines, emotions, and even the pace of the world around you.
And after a while, you can feel yourself leaning too far in one direction.
Too alert.
Too tired.
Too emotionally full.

More distant from you.
