Write something
πŸŽ‚ Birthday Welcome Gathering is happening in 11 days
✍🏼 Snap & Share Wednesday
"Writers gonna write." Today is my dedicated book day. Not because every page will be perfect, but because showing up consistently matters more than chasing perfection. Symbolic Literacy isn't just something I teachβ€”it's something I practice. Every writing session is another opportunity to observe, reflect, and embody what I'm learning. Some Wednesdays bring breakthroughs. Some bring revisions. Some bring a single paragraph. All of them count. What's one creative practice you're showing up for today? πŸ“–β˜•πŸ«°πŸΌ

πŸ“― Observation Is a Practice
One of the biggest misconceptions about observation is that it's something you're either good at or you're not. It isn't. Observation is a practice. Every day you slow down... Every time you notice before concluding... Every moment you separate what you observed from what you inferred... ...you're strengthening that practice. Symbolic Literacy isn't about finding hidden meanings everywhere. It's about becoming someone who can pay attention with curiosity, integrity, and humility. Observe. Reflect. Embody. 🌿 Today's reflection: What's one ordinary moment today that revealed something once you slowed down enough to really notice it?
πŸ“― Observation Is a Practice
πŸ”₯ Embodiment Practice is underway.
Today I published the first lesson in the third Symbolic Literacy course. Rather than waiting until everything is "finished," I'm building this one step at a timeβ€”learning, refining, and embodying each lesson as I go. Thank you to everyone who's been walking this journey with me. Your questions, reflections, and conversations are helping shape the course in real time. 🌿 One lesson at a time. πŸ“œ One conversation at a time. πŸ”₯ One step closer to embodiment.

Observation is a practiceβ€”not a performance.
Some days the work looks like building frameworks. Some days it looks like recording lessons. And some days it looks like cleaning an air conditioner, taking care of your space, resting, and noticing what your body needs. Symbolic Literacy isn't only practiced while studying symbols. It's practiced in ordinary life. Everyday moments become opportunities to observe, reflect, and embody what we're learning. 🌱 Today's invitation: What's one ordinary moment today that taught you something when you slowed down long enough to really observe it?
Observation is a practiceβ€”not a performance.
🌿 Today's Reflection: Continuation, Not Restart
🌿 One of the biggest shifts I've experienced is realizing that growth isn't about becoming a new person every morning. It's about continuing what has already been established. When we build healthy containers for our thoughts, values, relationships, and creative work, life gradually becomes less about constantly rebuilding ourselves and more about following through. Each day becomes a continuation instead of a restart. That doesn't mean every day feels easy. It means our center becomes steady enough that our actions begin to grow naturally from who we are, rather than from who we think we need to become. Reflection: Where in your life have you noticed something becoming a continuation instead of a constant restart? Observe. Reflect. Embody. 🌿
