Sprouts
For the month of April, I am challenging myself to notice the sprouts. Its the little things along the way that bring lasting results.
I want to have a mindset of "what can I do today to make today better than yesterday?"
This week, to keep myself accountable, I will post (on here) one or two pictures of one sprout a day. Something that I can call a win and something that is beneficial and helps me focus on forward motion.
It also creates a reward mindset. Celebrating the wins helps me to stay focused and keep making progress.
Some of last weeks sprouts were:
Getting up on time in the morning
Finding a good compromise to where i could get substantial sleep/rest and still get up on time
Better Connection cycles and balance in work/life
Choosing to say "i can do hard things" instead of focusing on being overwhelmed with extra tasks for the week.
Today's sprout:
I baked bread instead of procrastination and making excuses such as "I don't have time." I create what I want.
