🌸 JULY BLOSSOM CHALLENGE 🌸
Theme: BLOSSOM — God Is Growing, Restoring & Strengthening You 📖 Scripture of the Month: “Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.” — Luke 12:27 🌱 July Declaration: “I am planted by God. I am strengthened through every season. I will bloom in His timing.” 🌸 BLOSSOM DEVOTION: Enduring the Heat & Rain Flowers do not grow because life is always easy. Flowers grow because they endure. 🌞 They endure the heat of the sun. 🌧️ They endure storms and rain. 🌱 They endure hidden seasons underground before anyone sees their beauty. The same is true for us. There are seasons where God allows us to experience pressure, stretching, waiting, and growth. The heat may represent the trials that test our faith. The rain may represent the tears, challenges, and moments that water our growth. But just like flowers, we were created to survive seasons and still bloom. God does not forget the flower He planted—and He does not forget you. Jesus reminded us that if God takes care of the lilies of the field, He will surely take care of His daughters. 🌸 Reflection: What season are you in right now? Are you in a season of: 🌱 Planting? 🌿 Growing? 🌧️ Enduring the rain? 🌞 Learning through the heat? 🌸 Preparing to bloom? Remember: the same God who created the flower knows how to sustain it. 💛 BOOK OF JULY: JOB — THE GOD OF RESTORATION 📖 Job 42:10 “And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends.” Job experienced a season where everything seemed lost. He dealt with fear, uncertainty, grief, and the temptation to rely only on himself. God used Job’s journey to reveal that his security was not found in what he had—it was found in who God was. Job learned: ✨ God gives. ✨ God can allow seasons of loss. ✨ God restores. ✨ God can bless again—even greater than before. Just like a flower that looks buried in winter but blooms again in spring, God can restore what you thought was gone.
🌸 BLOOM IN JUNE RECAP 🌸
Ladies, what a beautiful month it has been! As we wrap up our “Bloom in June” series, I pray you can see how God has been transforming you from the inside out. 📖 Hebrews 12:1 reminds us to run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Discipline isn’t built when life is easy—it is built by continuing when motivation fades. 📖 2 Timothy 2:3 says, “Endure hardship with us like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.” We are SOULdiers because healthy soldiers have healthy souls. Our prayer is that every garden of our soul—mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, nutritional, generational, marital, and entrepreneurial—would become a well-watered garden. 📖 Romans 12:2 teaches us that transformation begins with a new mindset. We cannot be transformed while holding onto old ways of thinking. We choose not to conform to the patterns of this world—worry, comparison, overworking, distractions, or idols—but to be renewed by God’s truth. 📖 Proverbs 31:25 reminds us that we are clothed with strength and dignity and laugh without fear of the future. Our consistency today becomes the legacy our children and others will follow tomorrow. 📖 Ephesians 4:1 calls us to walk worthy of the calling we have received. Thank you all for reminding me to walk worthy of the calling God has given me as your coach, mentor, and sister. There are days I feel unworthy, unfit, or unequipped, but your faithfulness reminds me that I don’t have to carry this alone. I need this community just as much as you do, and I’m grateful we get to grow together. 💛 Today, thank God for how you bloomed in June. Celebrate every victory—big or small. ✍🏽 Homework (Today & Tomorrow): 1. How did you bloom in June? 2. What has God transformed in your mind, heart, or habits? 3. What could delay your blossoming in July? Identify it now, surrender it to God, and remove every obstacle before the new month begins. 👑 Final Declaration:I am a SOULdier Sister.I am disciplined.I am healing.I am growing stronger.I am prepared for God’s purpose.I will show up.I will bloom. And by God’s grace, I will blossom in July. 🌿✨

🌿⚔️ FITMOM DEVOTIONAL NOTES: HEALTHY SOULDIERS ⚔️🌿
Good morning, SOULdier Sisters 👑💛 Today’s devotion came from 2 Timothy 2:3: 📖 “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” The Lord reminded us that if we are going to be good soldiers, we must first be healthy soldiers. That is why we spell soldiers: 💛 S.O.U.L.D.I.E.R.S. Because we believe that before a soldier can be strong physically, her soul must be healthy. A healthy soldier has a healthy soul. A healthy soul is a watered soul. A watered soul becomes a well-watered garden. 📖 “You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” (Isaiah 58:11) Today we examined the gardens of our soul: 🧠 Mental💪 Physical🙏 Spiritual❤️ Emotional🤝 Relational💰 Financial🥗 Nutritional👨‍👩‍👧 Generational💍 Marital🚀 Entrepreneurial The question is not simply: “Am I surviving?” The question is: 🌱 “Am I watering my garden?” Because what is watered grows. What is neglected withers. What is surrendered flourishes. As SOULdiers, we are learning not to depend on our own soul—our own mind, will, and emotions—but instead to surrender them to God. When our feelings say quit…God’s Word says endure. When our emotions say fear…God’s Word says trust. When our flesh says stop…God’s Spirit says keep going. We replace: ❌ Our mind❌ Our will❌ Our emotions With: ✅ God’s Word✅ God’s Will✅ God’s Way And as we walk hand-in-hand with Jesus, we remember: 📖 “At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” (Psalm 16:11) Our prayer today is that we would endure and remain strong in every season—not because we are strong in ourselves, but because our souls are continually being watered by the presence of God. As we continue rising at 5AM, we are training for strength and readiness in every area of life. We believe God is raising strong women in these last days: 🔥 Women prepared spiritually.🔥 Women prepared mentally.🔥 Women prepared emotionally.🔥 Women prepared physically.🔥 Women prepared for purpose. May our gardens continue to be watered.

Revelation/Strategy for YOUR RACE!
🌿 Additional Revelation: Running Your Race Against Time 🏃🏾‍♀️ Ladies, there was one more revelation the Lord highlighted concerning running our race. When we talk about running our race, we're not simply running against other people—we're running against time. Not in a fearful way, but in a purposeful way. Just as a track athlete seeks to improve their time with every race, we as believers should be becoming quicker in our obedience to God. Ask yourself: • How long does it take me to obey God? • How quickly do I pray when He says pray? • How quickly do I forgive when He says forgive? • How quickly do I repent when He convicts me? • How quickly do I begin the assignment He placed in my hands? In track, if an athlete keeps running but their time never improves, adjustments have to be made. Spiritually, we should be growing in our responsiveness to God's voice. The goal is not simply to finish the race. The goal is to become more disciplined, more surrendered, and more obedient with each season. Just as runners train to shave seconds off their race times, we should be removing delays from our obedience. Delayed obedience often looks like: ❌ Procrastination ❌ Fear ❌ Overthinking ❌ Waiting for perfect conditions ❌ Waiting for motivation But immediate obedience demonstrates: ✅ Faith ✅ Trust ✅ Maturity ✅ Surrender ✅ Urgency Even if someone else appears to be ahead of you, if your response time to God's voice is improving, you are winning your race. Remember: We do not run against people. We run against time. And as we redeem the time, we become faster in our obedience clock. 🏁 Quote of the Day: "Stop measuring your race by another person's lane. Measure your race by your obedience clock. Are you becoming faster when God says move?" 🙏🏾 Declaration I declare and decree that I will not waste time, delay, hesitate, or procrastinate. I will become faster in my obedience, quicker in my surrender, stronger in my discipline, and more faithful in my assignment. I will run my race with urgency, endurance, and perseverance. I will redeem the time and make the most of every opportunity God has given me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
