It’s been a minute! I’ve missed the energy of our UTD Entrepreneur Mastermind sessions. As some of you know, I’ve been a bit "off the grid" lately. 🥷 I finally went through with my hip replacement and have spent the last few months focusing on recovery and getting back on my feet (literally). 🦿 Now that I’m feeling 100%, I’m ready to get the UTD Entrepreneur Mastermind back in gear. I’ve missed the brainstorms, the breakthroughs, and the community we’ve built together. We’re moving back to our monthly cadence starting July 31 at 1:00pm (pacific standard time). Tiers & Access Update!
Hey Entrepreneurs! I value everyone who has joined during the open portion of the Entrepeneur Mastermind Skool group! You will start seeing more community updates and conversations about entrepreneurial growth. I have added tiers and modified your access according to current client engagement and contracts. Here's a simple breakdown for you to give some guidance: 1. Tier 1: Free 😇 >> The Entrepreneur Mastermind has multiple months of sessions uploaded. YOU can watch and review all those 60 to 90 minute sessions and there is a TON of gold in each of them. The Mastermind remains free and live sessions will start up again near the end of Summer 2026. I'll post the next calendar links and updates when that happens. 2. Tier 2: Premium 🤩 >> Service Systems is a class designed for businesses that are doing less than $5 million in sales. The owner is heavily tied to operations and you need structure and systems on how to build your business. So if you are between $500k and $5 million in sales, then this is for YOU! I've kept this tier at a monthly of $99 with a drop in fee for annual payment. There's weeks and months of content in there already and all those sessions are available. Live sessions will start up again in August. 3. Tier 3: VIP 🫅 >> This gives you access to all the above as well as the Leadership Psychology sessions, a 1:1 quarterly and Strategic Frameworks which is the gold mine of recorded lessons that has allowed me to help scale businesses to from their starting point of $5 to $10 million into the $40 to $50 million gross annual sales. The frameworks are tied to three categories of People, Strategy and Operations that support and scale without breaking. If you want to run a tight business that can handle an evolved org structure, priorities, and operational dashboards, then this is the Tier you want. The live group Leadership Psychology sessions are built on the need for high level leaders to have high level mindset. This tier is premium priced but still a fraction of what my monthly engagement fees are. $350 per month or $3800 if annual is paid.

It's a Systems Issue
[INTERNAL MEMO] Team, As leaders, our default instinct when something gets missed is often to look at the person closest to the miss. That’s normal. But at scale, that instinct becomes expensive and often incorrect. More often than not, what looks like a people issue is actually a systems issue. Strong organizations are not built on heroic effort or perfect memory. They are built on systems that make the right behavior obvious, repeatable, and hard to miss. When something drops, slips, or stalls, our first responsibility as leaders is not correction - it’s diagnosis. As we head into next quarter, this is not a call to build more systems for the sake of feeling protected. Overbuilt systems create drag, slow decision-making, and give the illusion of control and importance without delivering leverage. A system built out of fear becomes a giant ugly cast … heavy, rigid, and unnecessary… instead of a precise band-aid that supports the work and then gets out of the way. The standard we are aiming for when building systems is PRECISION. We don’t ask, “What systems should exist in theory?” We ask, “What actually broke?” Every real miss is feedback. It tells us where clarity, ownership, feedback, sequencing, or visibility broke down. The right response is not layering on process, but designing one clear mechanism that would have either prevented the miss or increased the likelihood of the correct outcome. This is how we shift from spending time repairing to spending time preparing — without bloating the organization. Non Obvious Questions to Ask When Something Gets Missed What part of this relied on someone remembering instead of the system prompting? Most failures don’t come from incompetence, they come from memory dependency. If success required someone to “just remember,” the system was already broken. Where in the sequence did this fail — before execution, during execution, or after? Leaders often jump to fixing the wrong moment. Misses almost always happen upstream (unclear trigger, ownership, or timing), not at the point of action itself.
